Looking in to the possibility of becoming a Tutor for professional qualifications for a UK training company whilst working remotely in Thailand. The benefits are having a UK salary whilst living in Thailand and although I would be expected to fly back to London every month for a meeting I still think it would be worth it (at least financially) to do it.
Anyone got any experience of this type of work? What problems could I encounter? Time difference for one might be a pain! Broadband issues? etc
What about visas? Would I still need a Non-Imm B or could I just get an Non-Imm O based on marriage?
Anything else to consider?
Broadband ain't an issue: I had an excellent connection last year plugged into a wooden house on stilts in darkest Isaan so you should be all good unless you're on an island.
Chiang Mai city. Might become a pain flying to London every month though just for half a day and then back
I thought this was a thread about someone who got his TV clicker sorted out.
Do the meetings via Skype. It's not the dark ages.
There are few problems in life that cannot be solved with toast.
One of them, however, is opening a can of corned beef with that stupid key. This cannot easily be done at the best of times, and toast is of surprisingly little use in resolving the issue.
