Sending a document from UK to Thailand.

I would welcome views on the best way to do this.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Sending a document from UK to Thailand.

As it happens, I fedexed a document to Thailand on Saturday at noon here in the UAE.
It was received at 10 am thai time this morning. That's about 40 hours.
Not cheap (about 22 quid), but you can't knock the efficiency.

Re: Sending a document from UK to Thailand.

I've also used ups and they were fine.

I'm sure all the 'names' are equally efficient.

At a price

dhl wasn't actually that pricey...for a few documents, all my wife's visa paperwork, was 27 quid. sent two lots, no problems either time.

Well, that's a fair chunk of change!
Maybe it just seems expensive to me compared to MY MISSUS REMEMBERING THE BLOODY ENVELOPE WHEN SHE WAS PACKING!!

Re: Sending a document from UK to Thailand.

^ She's always super organised too.

Packed the day before flying, documents neatly ordered in neck wallet, list of things 'to do' etc etc.

Always looks at me bemused when I return from the pub after a farewell drink or three and chuck everything into a suitcase.

Let's just say this little 'incident' has been filed away for future reference.
