me too, although I think you can be tired, skint and stuck in Thailand at a much younger age than that
by stuck I mean unable to come back and get well paid work...
although invariably you will only ever be stuck in Thailand for as long as you have the ability to work for pitiful wages and can afford that 3,000 Baht studio, and eventually you would have no income and no pension, and would have to leave, or jump off a high building
that's a danger for many Teflers, but I realise many here have been more successful than that.
glad I made the switch anyway...it worked out better for me and my circumstances.
