Yeah that's what i'm thinking too mate, just use the hotel that is stated on my contract.. maybe a stupid question, but do you think they will care that the address has the word 'hotel' on it? The actual address is "........... House ", but when I applied for the job I just put "..........Hotel".....so thats the name that ended up on my contract... Think its better to just put everything on the form, the same as on the contract
Cheers

Hello. I am just having another look at the Thai visa application form from Vientiane..and its asking for:
1: Type of travel document (I presume this means my passport),
2: Countries for which travel document is valid. ??? er all? How do I answer that?
3: Current address / permanent address (if different from current) / proposed address in Thailand. What do people who are already living in Thailand usually put? Shall I put the same address for 'current address' and ''proposed address in Thailand'..and my address in England as permanent address. Or shall I put 'current address' as my address in England, and proposed address as the one I am staying at now.
I hope that makes sense
Oh, also it is asking for Name and address of Local and Thai Guarantor... What the hell is this??
Any help would be really appreciated... Cheers.
---Update---
Regarding my question about address... I now realise that it has already been answered in previous posts... keep everything the same as the contract....my address on the contract is that of a hotel...therefore my current address is that of the same hotel...
As for permanent address...shall i put my address in England?
And don't know about guarantors?
Also its asking for 'travelling by' ......Well I am going overland tuk tuk to the border haha how would I answer this?
Oh and for purpose of visit, it has the option to tick business, but I have ticked other and wrote 'employment'... I take it this correct?
Sorry about all the questions... I just want to get it right, and avoid paying an agent if i can...cheers

Daniel, you kid mak mak.
Look, when you get to the embassy in Laos, there will be a few guys with tables set up in front. For a couple of bucks they will fill out the application for you and make sure everything is in order. Do that and save yourself a headache.
fred
Yeah I think that is the best option
Cheers mate
