Still able to use Double Entry Tourist Visa?

I just got back from Penang with a newly-minted single entry Non-Immigrant B work visa in my passport. Prior to that, I had a 2 entry Tourist visa.

Thai immigration marked the Non-B visa as USED, which makes sense. But my Tourist visa appears to still have 1 more entry left. Can I use my Tourist visa to leave Thailand and come back? Or is the Tourist visa is voided by the Non-B visa?

    Any advice is appreciated!
Now I have to get everything in order for my Work Permit.

I think it's a mistake at the side of Immigration. One can not have more than one visa at the same time.

The consulate should have canceled the tourist visa when they issued the non-b. As Stamp indicated, you cannot have more than 1 valid visa for the same country in your passport at the same time.

If you leave (without a re-entry permit) you will cancel your non-b and when you return it will be as a tourist (and not on your 60-day 2nd entry).
If you leave (with a re-entry permit) you will return on your non-b (and your old tourist visa is not relevant).
