I am planning to have a party for my 7 year old and the other 14 kids in her class. A 3 hour rush where i expect to meet lots of other parents and play the host all afternoon. I am thinking it might be a good idea to hire someone to come in and do kid management, run the games, keep them occupied etc. Does anyone have any suggestions or know anyone who could do this? Kids will be a mix of english and thai languages...

totally good idea,
i did have a number of a kids party entertainment - they had a clown, magic show, ran various games, free bags and toys, a giant bunny (por something) and best of all 2 or 3 sexi dancers!
it cost abt 5000 baht - which is not too bad really!
I got them from the kids entertainers that did shows and looked after kids at the sheraton hotel for sundays brunch....
for the adults in back drinking whisky. good idea.Originally Posted by kingwilly

(mums werent so thrilled tho...)
its terrible! thailand should get some sort of sexy male dancing going for all the moms. i could see it now, drunken father gets jealous, attacks male coyote dancer at childs b-day party.
That's my idea, any contacts for these sort of crowds?Originally Posted by kingwilly
There is one clown who is a staple at children's party's around here. Uncle Eckie. He is mental though, has a trick of setting fire to a piece of metal (maybe a single use bbq grill) doused in meths and waving it around manically. Kids seem to enjoy it.
I don't know where you are, but it could be worth visiting Pinata party shop on soi 49. Google it for more info. Good luck.
