Just a quick word of caution to any users who feel that any posts you may see attributed to myself at anytime in the near future are more inane than usual. Be aware that I've just caught by daughter Malina typing the following in the quick reply box.

She's also figured out how to use image cataloging software Picasa, including how to open it, how to double click and how to make fullscreen (with movie clips), and how to open notepad....bloody hell...not bad for 3 1/2....beats me with my ZX81 aged 6.

My son is now 6 and he hasn't taken to trying to post on Daddy's forum, thankfully.
He has become a wiz at nearly every computer game I have put on the system from 1st person shooters to tactical battling empires to kids educational software.
He's already asking for a playstation.
I don't even have a playstation.
We could all sit outside on banana lounges discussing the best way to rebuild a 4WD transmission and agree, through shared stories of conquests supporting our assertions, that there is no basis to the proposition that those least assured of their persuasions are the first to condemn others for theirs.
To think I thought I was the only one to worry about what our children were doing.I love to see that streak of independence in our kids and the quest for knowledge or is it mischief I wonder ? Long may it continue.

Pretty funny stuff, kids growing up with technology take to it so easily, like learnign multiple languages in a flash at that age.

Now I have to figure out how to change the size of the script back to what it used to be and my screen size is about 6 inches less than it was.
I'm not going to let him near it again.

Try this Tayto (see attachment)....it's a keyboard basher game...hours of entertainment for babies....my daughter loved it when she was younger....just unzip and run.My 7 month old likes to hammer the keys of the keyboard.
