There's one in All-Season's Place, third floor.
Robinson's, Soi 19 next to the food court in the basement.
There's also one in Bang Kapi mall
Or, you could just eat properly then you would't need to waste money on that shit.
:sad:That's one thing that we North Americans find extremely frustrating about being here. Ther's very litle choice in places to buy supplements.
urghhh, nat i've just gone right off you! what a .........something thing to say....!

ah, an englishman speaks. Why do people need to take protein supplements? I'm in my prime and fit as a fiddle and I never take any supplements except vitamin C when I get tired or stressed

"...ever wonder why they kill the weak ones, baby?"

ok, so only i think it's funny...
OK, I forgive you. We all have our little "things" that we can't live without. I'm a bit of a freak, I know.
Not really... whey protein is higher quality protein than protein found in meat. It also absorbs faster so it's good for mornings and for post-workout.Originally Posted by Marmite the Dog

To each his own though... I also eat lots of meat anyway. :chug:
They do brainwash you in America now. That is for sure.
Too long in Exile, too long not singing my song.

Too long in Exile, baby you just arent my friend.

Yeah that must be it. I completely transformed my body over the course of the last year, but I'm sure my high-protein diet didn't have anything to do with it.Originally Posted by aging one
Thanks for the GNC locations everyone. I guess whey protein is just something you can't buy in Thailand at a reasonable price. I've seen it in a few other stores too, and it is always like 5 times what it costs in the US!!! So I'll either get some shipped or wait till I go home. I'm done with this thread.

Hi
Like many other fitness crazy people in bangkok , i have had real problems buying whey protein in Thailand. It is extremely expensive. I just ordered a ton of whey protein from Oz. If any one is interested i am selling some of it.
Whey protein = 1 Kg for 850 Baht
If you are interested, let me know by email:marxmr@hotmail.com
Have you tried Bangkok Complementary Health in Soi Yommarat which is off Sala Daeng they have vitamins and supplements from the UK at really good prices. It is a little hard to find so worth checking their website for a map
A store in Phuket advertises on the web. Forgot its name. GNC has a store at FPR and the prices are outrageous. ** I sometimes order whey protein from www.Bodybuilding.com and have it shipped to a friend who then puts it in plastic bags and sends it as 20 lbs flat rate Priority Mail parcel. Those plastic bottles are only partially filled and they take up a lot of space.
The quality of the stuff differs a lot.
How about eating just egg white?
Chris
