Does anybody know of a decent hospital close to Sukhumvit soi 50. It doesnt have to be top of the range, just somewhere to get treatment if the need be. Thanks

Samitivej is on soi 49, but that might be a bit of a stretch in an emergency.
...majestically enthroned amid the vulgar herd...
Damn wierd how those sois get out of touch with each other the further east ya go. But TC has given the best advice. Samitivej is good but expensive.
Sorry ouch, was doing two things at one time, and post was ambiguous.

He's right. It's a nice place, always quiet and only moderately expensive.Originally Posted by DJ Pat

Excuse me for not taking this seriously .....
thats Kluaynamthai Hospital. Its the nearest hospital from BTS Onnut. Its private, not a government hospital. Its not very good but the place to go in an emergency.
Yes, that's the one - if it's private then they had me fooled![]()
It's certainly a few minutes nearer, but expect a very long wait and pretty poor service. I reckon you'd get attended quicker if you stayed in the cab for an extra five minutes until Sukhumvit hospital!
