Water, garbage and electric are local and some joker tools around on his moto to collect it. I have a rather long driveway and he only beeps once. I usually duck under the drapes. My wife pays the bills with either chickens or fruit she pinched off the neighbors.

UBC are the resident Nazis with their thumbs on the lifeline. (nest to GPRS inernet)

Bills for landilnes from Telecom Asia (later changed to True Whatever) go to TOT first. I don't remember why but it has always been so. That's their contract with TOT.

10 baht is a service charge that goes to 7-eleven.

I don't know why and how much you've been paying to WTF, but you should stop immediately.
