There is nothing wrong with spitting on a dirty piece of pavement that has plenty of oils and other crap that accumulates on toxic tar.
If I have something in my throat or nose its going to hit the pavement, I really don't like swallowing something my body wants out. But I guess I am from the countryside, maybe city people don't do this. .
For the original post: Do foreigners spit in your presence too?
