Where in Bangkok can I buy liquid (not softgels) flaxseed oil and fish oil?

Hi. Acting on a few second-hand tips, I went to a couple of places (GNC, Foodland) looking for liquid flaxseed oil, and found only the softgels and the actual seeds. I'm also looking for fish oil, in bottles, not softgels.

Grapefruit juice would be nice too I see pomelos, but haven't seen the juice anywhere.

The fish oil I could always order from the US, but the flaxseed it usually sold refrigerated, so the ability to get it shipped is not certain.

I guess I could have asked for a vitamin shop but from what I can see, except for the pathetic GNC it's not really available here. Thanks in advance for the help,

    F.

Try most bigger Foodland supermarkets, or Villa in Thong Lor. I used to regularly buy sesame oil at these places and there was plenty of other varieties of oil adorning the shelf.
When I was in America a guy told me to 'have a nice day' but I didn't, so I sued him

Thanks! Actually, Villa looks like a good option for Western food too. I'll check it out.

Nor whether it has been kept refrigerated.....

Buy flax seed...grind your own daily.

Seed grinder is about twenty dollars.

Lots of ways to get amiga 3 outside of fish.....

Well, that'd be a last-ditch option I don't even grind my own coffee. Mind you, looking at coffee prices here (about 4 times US price from what I can see) it might even be worth mail-ordering the stuff in bulk
