Thread: Opinions needed please (CM apartments)............

So I have been researching about places to stay short term in Chiang Mai near CMU. It seems that you can rent for <3000baht but that's for a >3 months' stay. I'm only staying for a month so I've narrowed it down to 3 places:


Malin Residence (6000b/mo)
Huay Keaw Residence (5000b/mo)
CM YMCA (4500b/mo)


Any thoughts on any of these places? If you've stayed at any of these before or know someone who has, I'd appreciate your input.
