    the pool wasn't on the roof but if it hasn't been condemned it should be. there were two owners squabbling over the damned thing, and they both wanted rent! that's why i moved out. damn shame, i really liked the apartment (26th floor, river views, loft-like 600 square foot one-bedroom with a bathtub all for 9 a month).
