For those of you who have a career working in Thailand, what are your retirement plans? Do you plan to retire in Thailand or somewhere else? How have you saved to fund your retirement?

Mines the same a JD's. Prison, warm and three meals a day. Will research where the best prisons are first obviously. (returns after five minutes on google). This doesn't look like such a terrible retirement home for me Norway's Halden Fengsel Prison: Humane Rehab for Inmates - TIME
A Norwegian prison sounds better than the conditions I am working in now.
It doesn't sound too bad eh. Could be doing worse when we're old and decrepit.
At work I'm lucky if I get a tent to sleep in never mind cooking lessons. I'm obviously in the wrong game. I should be a Norwegian criminal.
Prison is a win win. Look, you steal a lot of money. If they catch you you go to prison. So you get a break at the entry level. Now if they don't catch you you spend the money. Or you bury what's left of the money and spend it when you get out. If you don't get out you can pass a little map of where it's buried to your family member during a visit. Pure financial security for you AND your loved ones.
