Thread: Cheap accommodation in Bangkok?

Hello,

I am flying out to Bangkok on October 8, staying there for about 2 weeks, then progressing up to Chiang Mai.

I would like to find some nice cheap accommodation in Bangkok, preferably with:

a safe to lock valuables in (most important factor),
airport pickup,
close to the city,
budget to medium price range,
