It really isnt. Considering you are just a couple minutes walk to the dedicated shuttle bus (that has its own lane, so no traffic) which takes you to BTS Chong Nonsi in 5/10 mins. You could walk it in 20/25 mins (I wouldnt during the day) You could be in Paragon from your aparment in less than 30mins. Silom/Sathorn is at your fingertips with everything within 15/20 mins on MC or by Taxi (Depending on traffic).
Narathiwat road is a great place to go down to find good apartments at a good price in a good location. The shuttle bus is excellent and that apartment is a hell of a lot more connected than the place you listed. Do you know how far Oh Nut station is from "central" Bangkok?
Everyone is so concerned with being right next to a BTS station without having any real context. What you want to do is live very close to your place of work (not too close). The BTS is a nightmare to commute on.
This is it... The apocalypse.
When an ad says "5 minutes away" they mean by car and then when traffic is pretty light. I'm staying on Udomsuk at the moment and pass by My Condo 103 all the time. It's definitely nowhere near a 5 minute walk from the BTS. Even if you ran, I think it would be more than 5 minutes.
