Exactly how far is My Condo 103 from the BTS station?

I'm interested in this apartment building: Bangkok Apartments & Thailand Condos Property Details

The only problem is I haven't been able to find anything on Google about where exactly this building is located. Does anyone know?

The link gives you the address, phone number, Email, and every detail down to the company's secretary's cup size. Needing more than that?

    My Condo 103.

Sounds like a Khmer Rouge detention centre.

That's why it's invisible to the google gods.

My guess is it's a very kinky bath house doing its best to fly under the radar.

This place is suffering from an identity crisis.

It is three BTS stations beyond On Nut. The On Nut BTS is at Soi 81 and is opposite Tesco Lotus. To suggest Soi 103 is "near" either On Nut BTS or Tesco Lotus is stretching a point and why anyone would mention it anyway is strange since it is very close to Central Bang Na with much better shopping. Travelling beyond On Nut is a pain in the rear since the extension to Bearing is owned by a different company from the original line.

Since Soi 103 is very close to Udom Suk BTS the statement that these apartments are a five minute walk indicates they are some way down the Soi. I've known a two minute walk take twenty minutes here.

Frankly looking at the size and facilities I would say it is considerably overpriced, although it is very well placed for the entrance to the Bang Na-Trad expressway.

Thanks for your help, Don Ho and Chang. If you guys (or anyone else) know of someone looking to rent an apartment for a month in January for US$1000 or less close to a subway station (preferably BTS), please PM me and let me know.

I just remembered .. I know a family that might want to sublet their home in January. They live very close to the Asok station, fairly nice neighborhood. The problem for you might be each of their neighbors, on both sides, have young adult relatives living there. They would bore you.

Plenty of guesthouses will give you a private room for that price, last time I checked. Although that was almost 3 years ago, prices shouldn't have changed much.

Also My Condo 103 is reeeeally far from any BTS. Google maps says it's about a 20min walk to Udomsuk BTS, but both the road and the pedestrian walkway is ALWAYS busy. So add some further walking time walking behind old ladies and dodging trolleys and carts on a narrow footpath filled with street stalls on both sides of the walkway. I don't know why the advertiser said it's close to On Nut BTS, but it'll take anywhere between 15min to 1hr to get from Udomsuk BTS to On Nut BTS by bus plus the time it takes to get from the condo to Udomsuk BTS in the first place. You're better off catching the BTS at Udomsuk, which takes 6min to get On Nut.

P.S. Here are some more info about My Condo 103:
