I accepted a job offer within the last month for a teacher position located on the Ramkamhaeng University Campus (at the elementary school) and would like to know if anyone else out there is in the area and knows any decent rentals for between 3-5K baht/month without requiring a deposit of like 3 months. I just want a simple place that is fairly free of cockroaches, has hi-speed internet (or I can get it), and is reasonably quiet, near the university, and has A/C available. Any help would be great. I don't speak Thai and I don't wanna get ripped off by a Thai person >_<.
