That's an amusing cartoon. Of course, American jobs, white and blue collar, have been outsourced overseas long ago. I believe President Obama's efforts to create new jobs bring him closer by comparison to FDR than any other president. He's been in office for 18 months and his detractors believe that's long enough to undo the eight years of damage by Shrub & Co. When US banks decide to start lending money again, the US economy will move forward again. Until that time ...
Just curious ... what does a Tea Party membership card look like? Could you scan yours and load it to this thread? Thx.
Probably more green than the socialist international card
You can probably conjure Che shrine if you chant "workers of the world unite" over and over
I did that last week.
Here is one of your fellow California teachers and brother in arms
I just bought a shoebox downtown condo that I can barely fit in, and if I was a Yank I would be extremelly pissed off paying interest while others are getting interest free mortgages for the houses they could not afford in the first place. God, America has become an ultra commie state and I hope the socialist Canada does not follow.
Now, I often listen to Peter Schiff and although I give him credit for all the calls he made, I think he is very wrong about real estate.I think real estate is a bubble that will keep growing and is only suffering a temporary setback in the States. When all the confidence is lost in paper assets (stock market) the only place to invest will be land. If you look at the countries that suffered the most economically (I also happened to grow up in one), real estate is the only commodity that people trust and that's when all price to rent and other ratios and fundamentals go out of the window.
