nuke alert on yahoo news.
This could be the making or breaking of the nuclear power industry - if they can get thru this without too much more radiation release it is arguable that the plants can stand up to major catastrophe. If it goes the other way its gonna be a very difficult sell getting any new ones started.
everywhere.....unless someone can show pretty conclusively that earthquakes and the resultant tsunamis won't happen (which of course is impossible and is logically flawed to try to prove a negative).
I'm not saying that nuclear power stations should or shouldn't be considered, just pointing out that there's billions of dollars and potentially a whole industry riding on the Japanese outcome.
A 3rd reactor has lost it's cooling system at the same place.
Daniel Bedingfield claimed that his new album is what it would sound like if Sting, Stevie Wonder and Micheal Jackson were in a basement together - I haven't got the album so I'll have to imagine the sound of a blind bloke and a Geordie kicking the shit out of a pedophile.
Two explosions- the jet stream's going to ship that shit to the NW in a few days time. This is serious biz. I assume the N. Koreans have hit the ceiling (masturbatory splat) on this one and as the markets tank so will the Chinese.
Don't you know there ain't no devil, it's just god when he's drunk.
Amazing what 70 + years will do. Where was the empathy then?
