I thought that Matt did a very good job with the article. I suppose the opening paragraph comes across as a bit dramatic but it's always difficult to pack a punch and get readers interest from an opening paragraph. But I do know that two of my colleagues at work laughed out loud at the 'the thought of meeting Phil is a little unnerving' line
