Requirements
1. Must not be less than 20 years of age.
2. Hold a Bachelor’s degree which benefits education, and it must be certified by either the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (TCT) or the Teacher Civil Service and Educational Personnel Commission (TEPC) or the Civil Service Commission (CSC) or shown in the list at The World of ALMANAC (the applicant may check your degree certification at KHURUSAPHA :: ??????? ??????????????????????????? by selecting “professional license section, foreign teacher’s qualification check” or at the website of TEPC or CSC).
3. Having specific skills, abilities and knowledge needed for foreign teachers in the teaching and learning of foreign language curriculum.
4. TOEIC certified score report (except those who come from a native-English speaking countries: The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Ireland, The United States of America, Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand and Canada) or passing score on the other foreign language proficiency test.

แบบขออนุญาตให้ประกอบวิชาชีพโดยไม่มีใบอนุญาตประกอบว ิชาชีพครูต่างประเทศ (แบบ คส. 10) ต้องกรอกข้อมูลให้ครบถ้วน ลงนามโดยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และประทับตราสถานศึกษา และครูชาว ต่างประเทศจะต้องตอบคำถาม 3 ข้อ ให้ครบถ้วนพร้อมลงลายมือชื่อด้วยตนเอง โดยสามารถดาวน์โหลด แบบ ค.ส. 10 ได้ที่เว็บไซต์ KHURUSAPHA :: ??????? ???????????????????????????
Fill in the Teaching Permit without the License Form (Kor.Sor.10) completely. Have it signed and stamped by the school principal. The teacher must answer the 3 questions in the form and sign his/her name. Form Kor.Sor.10 can be downloaded from KHURUSAPHA :: ??????? ??????????????????????????? selecting menu “Form Download”.

Copy of educational background or certificates along with official transcripts. If the documents are in a foreign language besides English, it must be translated into Thai. Translation must be certified by a competent translator and notarized by notary organizations.
สำเนาผลวัดระดับความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ (TOEIC/ TOEFL/ IELTS) ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ (ภายใน 2 ปี นับตั้งแต่วันออกหนังสือรับรองผลการทดสอบ)
Copy of a certified score report of the English Language Proficiency Test. All non native English-speaking applicants are required to take an English language proficiency test, such as TOEIC, TOEFL or IELTS and is still within its validity period as indicated in the Statement of Results (the results are valid for two years).

สำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง (PASSPORT) ทุกหน้า โดยเฉพาะหน้าที่เป็น NON-B ที่ระบุโรงเรียนปัจจุบัน
Copy of all pages of the applicant’s passport, the present Non- B Visa in particular. (Applicants shall submit all documents before the Non- B Visa expiration at least 30 days).
กรณีวีซ่าเป็นประเภท NON-O ให้แนบสำเนาหลักฐานประกอบวีซ่า เช่น ทะเบียนสมรส หรือหลักฐาน ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
In case of holding visa type “NON-O”, please attach a copy of marriage certificate or other related documents.
กรณีขออนุญาตฯ เป็นครั้งที่ 2 ให้แนบเอกสารเพิ่มเติม ดังนี้ สำเนาหนังสืออนุญาตให้ครูชาวต่างประเทศปฏิบัติการสอน โดยไม่มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ ที่เคยได้รับจากคุรุสภา หลักฐานแสดงการพัฒนาตนเองตามที่คุรุสภากำหนด เช่น สำเนาวุฒิบัตรการผ่านการอบรมภาษา และวัฒนธรรมไทยและจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพที่คุรุสภารั บรอง หรือ สำเนาวุฒิบัตรผ่านการทดสอบ ความรู้วิชาชีพครูของคุรุสภา
In case of the second round of requesting the permit, additional documents copies must be enclosed
1.1 Copy of the expired teaching permit
1.2 Copy of documents relating to self-development provided by the Teachers’ Council of Thailand, such as the certification of Thai language, Thai Culture and Professional Ethics or evidence of passing the Professional Knowledge Test.

1. ในการขอหนังสืออนุญาตให้ชาวต่างประเทศประกอบวิชาชีพค รูโดยไม่มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพ จะต้องส่งหนังสือและเอกสารมาที่คุรุสภา ก่อนวีซ่า NON-B หมดอายุอย่างน้อย 30 วัน
All documents must be sent to the Teachers’ Council of Thailand (Khurusapha)
2. เอกสารทุกแผ่นชาวต่างประเทศผู้ยื่นคำขอต้องลงนามรับร องสำเนาถูกต้องทุกฉบับ
Foreign applicants must certify true copy of all documents.
3. เอกสารเอกสารการอนุญาตฯ จะจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์ลงทะเบียนตามวันที่กำหนดนัด รับ แต่หากต้องการ ได้รับเอกสารด่วนเป็นพิเศษ ให้แนบซองเปล่าขนาดพับ 4 ติดแสตมป์ 40 บาท และเขียนหน้าซองจด หมายถึงผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนและที่อยู่ของโรงเรียนให้ ชัดเจน ดังตัวอย่าง
In case of urgent reply need or Express Mail Service (EMS), please enclose a selfaddressed envelope with pre-paid stamps.
