Here a few more :

Central Thai : doo - watch/look - มอง/ดู
Southern Thai : lae - watch/look - แล

Central Thai : kee-nee-yaw - stingy-ขี้เหนียว
Southern Thai : khem - stingy - เค็ม

BTW, เด็กเทพน่าเอามากๆ แต่ว่าเด็กใต้ก็หรอยด้วย - the ones who can read it will know what I mean .

That would only be used by really old people.

หรอยอย่างแรง roi yang raeng that would be my preference. Only some provinces down here talk as above.

That would be โหม่เด็ก, โม่เด็ก will mean that that kid is stupid.

^ Just to clarify mate, I take it that by 'farang' you mean caucasian? The fruit guava also has a different word in Southern ย่าหมู. Grasshopper is spelt the same in Southern and Central but the Southern pronunciation cuts out the vowell sound so, using your transliteration, it is more like 'dtakdtaen.'

How about the word for panic?
