I made my first ever trip to Wongwien Yai a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty seamless. Remember the trains are about ten minutes apart anyway so there wasn't any delay at Saphan Taksin at all.

The Silom line isn't the problem since they have lovely new trains. the problem is with the Sukhumvit line where all those stations from OnNut to Bearing have brought hundreds of thousands of new travellers into the sysem and we still have the same trains and the same bloody timetable
