Near Mint Condition Xbox 360

Asking price is 12,000 baht (non-negotiable). Also willing to trade for a new iPhone or equivalent smartphone.

No scammers or time wasters please.

I’m selling my year old Xbox 360 (standard 20 gig HDD version). It’s a great system, but I'm too busy to play it. It comes with an HD kit (the kind that plugs into a computer monitor or HDTV) and a Thailand 220 volt plug. If you need a different cord to connect to your tv you will have to pick one up yourself. My Xbox has never been hacked, and will work on Xbox live. If you want to hack it, they can do it at Pantip for around 2000 baht, at your own risk.

Included with the system are 4 wireless controllers and these games (actual games, no boxes):

I think it's too expensive, mate. Yes, the games may be real but they're all over two years old. You're also selling a box that at that age was synonymous with the RROD hardware fault. It could literally die at any minute and cost you 2-3K to fix only for the same fault to reoccur in a few months time. I bought the new 60GB version chipped for 13.5-14K. I sacrifice my ability t play Live for the fact that I can either download my games for free or buy them now for 120baht.

You're essentially selling the package that is no longer available to buy new having been succeeded by the new 60GB more reliable version. Your price should reflect that as well as the age.

My Xbox is 2nd Gen, Xbox Premium with 20gig. RROD faults were mostly found in 1st Gen releases and in the 'Elites'.

I'm essentially selling the second gen package that succeeded the 1st gen faulty systems. It has never had any problems. It also comes with about 5,000 baht worth of accessories.

I don't know anywhere you can buy the 'new' system for 13.5-14k (which is it by the way?), so I think you're out of line there. However thank you for coming by and shitting on my ad.

This sounds nice man. First time I saw the Xbox here in Thailand it was almost 30,000 baht. THose games sound sweet too..hmmmm. you got me thinkin'! My old PS2 doesn't work anymore.

Plenty of people bought that very package and got RROD, so that's nonsense.

It never has, no, maybe it won't but it is absolutely a consideration. I take it you mean 5000baht worth of controllers? All wireless? That's three additional controllers then at top whack 1500 baht each. Fair enough. The HD lead doesn't count because it came with the package.

I quoted 13.5 to 14K because I can't remember exactly and I bought ten extra games as well as a HDMI in addition but here you are, this is gcorners a store in Bangkok's website: Xbox 360 (^-^) ÃéÒ¹à¡Á¨Õ¤ÍÃì¹à¹ÍÃì That's there for 14.5k bt you can get them down to 13.5k for the 60GB and 12K and maybe lower for the old 20GB if they have it. This is in MBK. I'm not out of line, do your fucking research. I wasn't shitting on your ad by the way, just saying that I thought you were being a little too optimistic with the price. It's not like people were biting your hand off at that price were they?

People can do their own research and decide how much they want to pay for it, the same way that I did research and decided how much I want to sell it for.

That absolutely wasn't my intention. You just think I'm raining on your parade because you want X amount for your goods when I'm offering sound advice as to why I don't think you're being realistic. Seriously, at the end of the day you could buy that very same package, new, chipped for the same price with five new (albeit copied) games sans the controllers five or six months ago when I bought the new 60GB version due to it having a HDMI port which isn't included in the old premium pack BTW.

From another perspective you could be seen as being a jerk for expecting that price. I didn't think so initially, just that you may be uninformed but seemingly you don't want people to know what's out there and pay over the odds. Fair enough.

Here we are, some advice: If you haven't already done so, stick it on craigslist: thailand classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events Your far likelier to sell it on there.

You're giving me your opinion. I'm glad you care, but I'm trying to tell you that your response to the ad is not helping me to be successful.

Without going into too much detail, I've listed a price that I think is fair for the xbox, based on what this stuff is going for second hand. It is a price that I am comfortable with.

For you to come on here and scare people by saying that my Xbox could RROD at any time is just being asinine. It's completely without merit, and very detrimental to my ad. Telling people that it's overpriced is rude and completely your opinion.
