I just started teaching at a government seciondary school and was given a contract where they deleted the sick leave, vacation, yearly bonus and stated that if I am sick ,the day will be deducted from my salary. Can they take a government contract and change the contenets? I have worked for governement University before and it's the same conttrract but most of the pages were deleted. Is this normal?
