    I give it to them long and hard.
    I give it to them often. Repetition is a major key in the learning process.
    Never criticise mistakes, some things are hard to learn.
    Try to resist the temptation to force too much into them. They have limits.
    Be patient, don't push too hard and reward those who go that little bit further.

    Above all, do it with a smile!
