Definitely. The exercise in creating a single-minded alter-ego and the expunging of their pissy moaning personas might instigate a fresh leap in expression and creativity from Marr, but Morrissey probably wouldn't be able to handle the facelessness and strength of purpose in it and he would soon whimper back to his mediocrity.
