Thread: Anyone in the British Council Library (BKK)-what is the book collection like?

....or does it even exist?

I need to read, it's an addiction, but I can't really afford to buy, even second-hand, the number of books I need. So I wanted to join a library, and basically it seems that in BKK, where I am, there's only the Neilson Hays or the British Council for English language fiction. But looking at the British Council website it really doesn't seem like they have a library at all-it mentions "comics" as the only named resource! Comics, bloody hell! So is any one in it? Do they have English fiction that you can borrow?
