I have taught at all levels Kindergarden ,PrimarySchools , High schools , both disaadvantaged urban and rural Government High schools and elite private High schools ,to Phds and master candidates at Elite Univerities.

Any other posters out there know of any computing science classes conducted in English at a tertiary level ? Please help the Lad out.

Sadly yes I am, because its a position a Thai could fill. How could you lecture in Thai?

Thank you both again for your replies, they are greatly appreciated. My girlfriend and myself love Thailand. We have lived there through out the summers for the past three years and would really like to move there next year when my course finishes. I want to be a lecturer not just in thailand but when I come back home aswel. It is my dream job! But talking to the both of yourselves, it looks like if I want that to happen, I will have to stay at home.

You removed your comment about how I should watch my tone, sorry if I came across wrong. I was by no means second guessing you when I asked at what level did you teach at, I was just curious to weather you have had first hand experience with the Thai tertiary education system as it was not previously stated, I hope you were not offended. I was just curious, was the information first hand or second hand. Don't just read one book on a subject, read a few and decide your own opinion, also reading first hand accounts are the best. But I am sorry if you were offended, although at least now I know that your opinion is of high quality and sustenance. Also my girlfriend is a qualified (PGCE) English teacher, so if you were in secondary level, I would know you would be the person to ask something if she had any questions. I have just read most of the summaries of the acts on the Ministry of Labout website, it is very interesting, I have never heard of some things talked about in that. I won't be able to read the rest tonight as I am unfortunately falling asleep, it is 3:40 in the morning over here. I just checked email and you have sent another comment, thank you again, if it is not too much trouble, could you explain some of these ways around the law? Oh and also you said you have a Honary Doctorate in Computing Science. Have you taught computer science anywhere in Thailand? Thank you again for your help.

Thats a pity you are of the same opinion as re_fuse as it sufficates any last hope I had, lol. About "how could you lecture in Thai?", I would take classes between now and next September in the hope of becoming fluent enough that I could hold a lecture in Thai. Enthusiastic eh?

motorcycle nod said earlier that high school computing jobs are often available. Are these technician positions he talks of or does the Thai secondary curriculum have computers as a subject? And are these once again always taken up by Thai nationals.
