That's where I would be dubious ..... ask for contact details of the trainer so you can have a chat, get pics of the rooms they offer and see if they'll let you chat with other employees.

In Thailand crap pay and crap conditions go in hand in hand - traditional logic (i.e. that some employers who pay less will help make your life real sweet and nice out of the goodness of their heart) really doesn't apply.

Very few companies/schools offer any training or development opportunities at all - my guess is that only the top employers do this.

Assuming you are a Westerner, there is a huge gap between what you would consider acceptable accommodation and what they perceive to be so.

You should really look for the best top-line salary you can get as far from furnishing you with fringe benefits, most (particularly at the bottom end) Thai employers will seek to take back as much of your hard-earned that they can get their hands on!
