I'm trying to land one for teaching business in Thailand with MBA with a lot of training exp but no formal teaching experience. I've applied to ads, networked and sent in queries to International school departments. So, far no luck and hardly any response except to suggest I keep going to their website to look for job postings.
1. I've read that poor English skills of academic staff = their rarely replying to English language emails or resume submissions. True?
2. If so, how best to approach unis? Is it like I've read you do with language schools - put on the good duds, bring your resume and knock on doors? That wouldn't fly in the US but different country here so...???
3. Do unis use recruiters in Thailand like they do China? If so, any you would recommend?
Thanks
