    Question about Ajarn.com and resumes

If you see ads on Ajarn.com and a contact e-mail is provided, is there any advantage to sending your resume through Ajarn.com's own resume forwarding system rather than e-mailing the contact directly?

As an employer who has used ajarn.com I have found that the "forwarded" resume is seriously lacking in particulars and detail.

Generally, if someone just clicks the link they get ignored but I also clearly state in our advertisements that "full and complete (specific requirements listed in the ad)" resumes/application packages are to be sent via e-mail and not to use the "click to apply" button.
