The troops have my support, we're in it together, now let see what our next president can do, hope he can get us back on the better path.

Germany had already lost the war by the end of 1942. D-Day was 1944.
Anyway, exactly why would Germany winning the war mean there would be fewer "pedophile TEFL from Europe, parading around, telling us Americans how we should run our country"?

Oh, I see - you hate Europe and Europeans. That explains all the crap you've written in your post

gotta say that I agree with him, esp. the part about "There’s no such thing as a war on terrorism."

It depends on who the feedback comes from. Are you telling me that Europe, Australia and others have something valuable to offer? And further, do those countries listen to the U.S. on how to run their own countries?
The answer is NO, of course.

The pedophiles would be speaking German--not English, so I guess they would be walking around Pattaya disguised as T"G"FLers.
No, Don't hate the Europeans; just the Leftists.
Furthermore, since when it is the job of the military to dictate foreign policy? uhh, NEVER!
A soldiers job is to follow orders. Think how much chaos there would be if every Regiment had to have a political debate before every mission. It just doesn't work that way. You sign up; you do what they tell you.

Actually, the Iraq war has provoked debate among military officers on this very matter. Perhaps it is the job of a General to tell his C-in-C when he thinks foreign policy has devolved into utter madness.
Incidentally, the British army did experience a mutiny from its officers in 1914:
Curragh Incident - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
So this is not an entirely new debate.

The Army's chief is the president, the president got the trust and picked by the people....as a nation, we're in it together. Let do the best we can at the moment and hope thing will turn out better for our children and grand children.

Re: Bush accuses Iran of destabilising the Middle East
Behind the close door, I'm sure everyone is telling the president what they think then after he listen to all of the experts, then the president make the final call.

Hmmm....I'm not convinced that it does actually work like that, in practice.

Not with this 'President'. My guess, from watching this administration in action, is if you express dissent you get shown the door.
