I don't think referees who are under investigation should be allowed to referee games. As it is, Everton had to play their cup tie last night with only 10 men for 70 minutes as Faddy allegedly called Poll a cheat.
I think the cunt has lost it and shouldn't be let anywhere near a football ground...
McFadden was dismissed for dissent after saying something to Poll when he waved away an Everton penalty appeal.
Adebayor met a corner in space to send a second-string Gunners side through.
Interview: Everton boss David Moyes
Everton fans howled "cheat" at Poll as he walked off the pitch.
Poll has now handed out two red cards in the space of four days, after he controversially sent off Chelsea defender John Terry during Spurs 2-1 win over the champions on Sunday.
The referee issued three yellow cards to Arsenal players and ignored a number of penalty appeals from Everton, notably involving Andrew Johnson.
Poll sent off McFadden after Johnson fell in the box under pressure from three defenders.
606 DEBATE: Give your thoughts on the match After Poll waved away Everton's penalty appeals McFadden clearly said far too much for the liking of Poll, who dismissed the Scottish winger.
Stop yer whining Laoshi.
Johnson has a solid reputation as a diver (thanks to Mr Wenger pointing it out to the refs!) so he won't get a penalty unless there's broken legs and blood.
Everton will have to concentrate on the FA cup and the championship, of course.
Them scots are always mouthy gits, McFadden got wot he deserved!!
Don't know if he's a cheat, but he's most certainly an idiot and a twat!

Yes, Poll's an idiot. And Johnson is most definitely a flagrant diver. Or 'clever in the penalty box' as Wenger put it.
Personally I would never give a penalty in his favour unless it was absolutely, uterly nailed on and I was standing a few feet from it.

As for the sending off it does seem strange that players often use the worst language possible to refs without getting sent off, so what was different here?

I totally disagree with this statement (obviously). He's not a diver and I can't recall him getting any untoward decisions his way. In fact I think he's been denied two clear penalties in the last two games because of the comments Wenger made.Originally Posted by Cyrille
