I know who manages the top listed companies in Thailand as I work for one. These people however do not work for the MOE or for any school.....Who do you think manages institutions like...

I wouldn't say at any school, there are some schools which are ok.
Most management positions at Thai schools and at the MOE seem to be filled with people who couldn't find their arse with both hands..... and a map.

My point being that institutions such as these function successfully under Thai stewardship, and that computers play an important part in that success. Therefore they must be doing something right. Do ALL western banks provide online access then?
tecahers license isnt a qualification, its a piece of paper that your school applies for in order to be able to get your work permit.
what is your point google to try to show people up. There is a hell of alot of difference between on line banking and what you propose. Can you use your credit card at a mom and pop store here.

If you re-read the thread henry, I don't think anyone suggested it was a qualification. It's just another line in the sand which is being mooted to keep the riff-raff out ...
Now can it or can't it be done online? And if so how will they stop the cheats?
The teacher's license is something that the school will procure for you when you are hired. There is no online test or any other test for that matter. If your credentials are in order then the teacher's license is granted.

I am under the impression that some people have already done this exam. It would be interesting to see some example questions. Even if they are just from memory of someone who has done it / them, particularly the Thai culture exam.

I've heard that it's only English test. If you fail (less than 50%) you have to do this culture thing.
