Well this guy has been caught once overstaying his visa for 5 years and managed not to get deported. Later he got caught once teaching with no WP, same story no jail or deportation.
He is constantly broke, and drunk from sunrise to sunset and still manages to get jobs. He's been around for about 18 years. Now this is not from hear say since I used to go out on the piss with him quite often.
That's why I think he must have some guardian angel and that he will be around forever.

The easy thing for schools is to offer and pay decent contract completion bonuses and to put new teachers on 3m probation subject to a reference. But of course with teacher shortages any twat with a white face will get a job..........

No, he was also in the bomb explosion. He used to teach at a school outside Hat yai, on the way to Songkhla, old road.
Agree with you 100% Nemo. My school is desperate for teachers at this time of the year, and any young, native speaker who walks through the door is employed. I'm not directly involved in the recruitment process, but often there seems to be no proper interview, and references aren't checked. They should realise by now that everone suffers in the long term.
