There's that "ego thing" getting in the way, seems to me, but I could swear it's not ALL

coming from this direction. Let's post like we're all teaching that beautifully unplanned

PS - I just happen to think you should plan most of your classes, THEN walk in with

So you don't plan, you don't know what you are going to teach until you are in the classroom so how do you measure succes then? What kind of measurements are you taking to conclude that your classes are a success and isn't it a sign of being a good teacher to detect if your plan is accepted/understood by a class? Sorry I don't get it.

And I will repeat that I've never said your statement was crap, I've only argued against your assertation about teaching without planning...as this is a teaching site about teaching and we're teachers, I take that to be civil and acceptable behavior. You, on the other hand, seem to interpret my comments in a completely other dimension.

The fact that this came from a thread about dating (threads get split like this all the time, nothing speshal)...and the meaning of that, and if and how I might "get" what that means...only makes me wonder if you're an experienced troll and are going for another round...to which I say: see you next post, I hope you're having as good a time as I am.
