He clearly wants the original and a photocopy. He goes on to tell you that the original will be returned to you.

He is listed as a speaker at the course in KK in mid August.

Of course they feckin' didn't... hardly anyone can pass the TCT tests (cos they're harder than an Ivy League or Oxbridge entrance exam).

OK dude, point taken. They're real teachers though, and in a small minority here (in this country and, perhaps, on this forum). They wouldn't have to do the TCT tests in any event, just turn up to the "Culture" course sham and pay their money. Why, then, would they elect to go through this collaborator to get their Teacher's License when they're the people the Thai "government" want here in the first place...? Surely the "government" is perfectly able to issue said documents without the aid of an outsider?

Sad part is that probably every Filipino, on his contact list, will take him up on this offer.

Just another thieving bloke making a whole load of cash and delivering not a lot. Plenty of them in this country already. Don't pay a dime to anyone in this country who claims they can deliver something without checking out their credentials. The same applies to many agencies and volunteer agencies here.

Totally agree! Predicted this after I had done the culture crap course back in march this year.
