I am currently working on my Master's degree in training and development, and I've inevitably come to the portion where I must work on my thesis. As a former English teacher and someone passionate about the hospitality industry, I thought I would combine these two interests. Currently, I am researching the effectiveness and ROI (return on investment) of English lessons for hotel staff.

If anyone has now or in the past worked as an in-house English consultant/teacher/trainer, I would appreciate it if you could PM me.
