    Could you tell us more about your progression as a teacher in the time you've been here? Have you done anything other than the TCT stuff online to help other new teachers out that don't have your direct Thai education experiences? I would be interested in hearing how you adapted your teaching to Thai students.

    That's easy...just take the teaching handbook they give you and rip out everything but the table of contents...
