    Lazy teacher- advice

Im pretty sure someone here can give me advice. I'm assigned to be working with another foreign teacher who quite simply does NOTHING regarding preparation, marking, lesson planning, personal hygiene.
It's facebook all day and 2hour coffee breaks.
i understand from friends that 'complaining' and such, is not tolerated here in thailand. Who do I speak to about this?....
    a) The head teacher? ....who already has concerns, but because of my silence, has no real idea of the extent of the problem.
    b) co-ordinator, who has some idea but doesn't seem to care.
    c) my long suffering girlfriend (again).

Managing the foreign teachers is the job of the administration. There might be frustration and annoyance on your side but you have to hang in there. The other teacher's performance will have its results in the classroom and then the teacher will be on the radar. You'll have to wait until that moment comes.

I see someone being moved on for not smiling, being quiet, and just picking up their pay cheque.
