Robin Hood's useful comments on his degree program put me in mind that it would be well worth having a thread posting details of all part-time degree programs that are available...

I have been studying here for 18 months (although am currently taking a few month's 'sabatical' because of trips to UK and other jazz).
I have mixed feelings about the program. The quality of the lecturers varies dramatically, and admin can be a pain in the arse.
I like the modular system of it, meaning that you study 1 course, then take the exam, then move on to another. To me this means you can see your progress more rapidly than if it were a number of courses with exams at the end of the semester. This system also means you can start whenever you like, rather than the beginning of the year/semester, and you can easily drop/make up courses.
The price is reasonable, averaging at about 30'000 bht per semester. If you study every course in each semester, as well as the summer course, you will finish in just under 3 years. There is also a small scholarship (10'000 bht) for each semester you get higher than 3.75 GPA (i think about A - B+ avergae).
2 evenings and 1 full day per week.
St Theresa - St Theresa International College : Home
A friend of mine has almost graduated from here, but doesn't have a high opinion of it. It is a bit cheaper (about 25k per semester) but can take up to 6 years as there are no evening courses. That can be reduced if you study all day saturday AND all day sunday, but with full time work that would be pushing it a bit.
Again, an ecclectic mix of lecturers by the sounds of it. A few he praises highly, but for the most part they seem to be pretty average. Another point about the lecturers (not saying it is negative or positive) is that the vast majority are Indian or Bangladeshi, whereas at Ram the vast majority are from the west.
It is not a modular system, so you take a number of courses at the same time, then an exam/assignments at the end.
Not much else I can say about it since I've not been. They have a couple of campus' but my friend studies somewhere near Silom, (i think).
RH?? Can you tell us about Took song?
Anywhere else that people know about??

Is a part distance learning and and part attendance B.A.T.E.S.O.L program, situated at Thong Sook College, Pin Klao.
The course is co-run by T.E.F.L International and Thong Sook College, Bangkok.
After a deposit payment of B15,000, there are monthly instalments B3,000+. You get a slightly reduced rate if you already have a recognised, 120 hour T.E.F.L. certificate.
It's a 120 credit degree course modular system and is scheduled to finish in 3 years.
This course is in its infancy and is currently starting its opening year.
Class attendance is mandatory and they are scheduled for October and (March and April) Not entirely sure about these last two dates).
There is an active online forum for the students and teachers, where classes and admin issues are discussed.
