There's rather a nice educational supplement with today's Bangkok Post, which includes a very comprehensive list of all the international schools in Thailand (certainly those that are worthy of the title) and also the phone numbers, emails, etc, etc.
It would be well worth getting hold of if you plan to do a blitz on the international schools.
I should really type all the information up and put it on the website. Might be a nice Christmas holiday job for me.
The worst job in Thailand must be the man who has to sit down with a blue marker pen and mark a number two on the two-baht coins to stop people thinking they are one-baht coins.

Kenkannif, thanks, and thanks to anyone who can provide a current list of schools.
However, I have a dilemma. I didn't do a B.Ed. I have a B.A. in Public Admin, minor in Psych, and started a Master's in Education which I stopped, but I am thinking of getting a Master's in Teaching, which is only 4 quarters (including student teaching) in the U.S.
The Grad. school credit I have are actually transferable.
I don't have the "qualifications" to get hired in an International School.

Let me play dumb, which on this subject is very easy. What, more or less precisely, is an Int'l school? Who decides, who accedits them and keeps monitoring them? How do you know that XX school that you'd like to send your kids to, or work at, is actually prestigious? As "Steven" has pointed out, they all say 'we're the very most bestest" even when they're opeated worse than Uncle Somchai's motosai repair shop is.
Im' sure that this is the mostest best Thailand teaching forum, but as for int'l schools, how do we know which is good? Isn't this another version of "which TEFL school in Thailand is the most bestest"?
