Ya know I use Tylenol PM here on an almost daily basis . . I don't think it does much to make me go to sleep but when I wake up during the night it allows me to go back to sleep . . at least that is my take on it . . but it never does a thing for me when I'm on the plane . . I wonder why?
I don't sleep worth a damn on the plane but wish I could . . can I get any of this stuff OTC here?
