That didn't bother me at all as it was obvious very early on that him and Hisfistius were going to be lovers.

^ Alexander didn't work because somehow or other people seem to think Colin Farrell has range as an actor, which he doesn't.
I just watched Audition - Japanese shocker abotu a bloke who, in an effort to get the perfect wife, uses his job as a TV proudcer to 'audition' for a wife. As you might expect he chooses a psycho.
Lots of good touches. Genuinely creepy. A bit incoherent in places.

If I was to be tied up in a big bag and then tortured and mutilated I would want it to be by her. Fantastic film. Takashi Miike is prolific and very eclectic. He's a little hit and miss but that's one of his highlights. Gozu, Dead Or Alive, Ichi The Killer (Koroshiya 1) and Shinjuku Triad Society are all well worth a watch too.

Re: Movies - what you seen and was it any good?
I thought the opening battle in Alexander was very well done. Went downhill rapidly after that though.
I just caught IRON MAN at the IMAX in Bangkok. Downey really did an excellent job with the character and it's almost entirely due to him that the film was any good at all. The story itself was pretty mundane and the director didn't seem to have much skill with the action sequences. The scenes where Downey's not in the suit are by far the best ones.
Also, seeing it at the IMAX was a real letdown. It should've looked great in 35mm up on the big screen, but the projectionist was either nearsighted or stoned because the film was always slightly out of focus and blurry.
Good, but not great superhero flick. 7/10

At least Boston, New York and Chicago.

Well, she was on all fours and they were swinging in the breeze quite happily. To put it more plainly, still pictures from one scene in particular could not be posted on this forum.

The best bit in it by far.
Saw 2001 Maniacs yesterday. It's got Robert Englund in it, he of Freddie in Nightmare in Elm St. fame. Horror/slasher nonsense. It's utter dogshit 1/5

Re: Movies - what you seen and was it any good?
The Bucket List - Morgan Freeman and Jack Nicholson. A story about two terminally ill cancer patients going on a
journey to do things they always dreamed about doing, but never had the opportunity. Good solid acting by both actors, but a weak script, with no surprises.
