Re: Movies - what you seen and was it any good?

Pirates of the Carribean 2 - excellent fare.

The Wild - Run of the mill copycat madagascar clone animated film for kids. My son liked it well enough but he liked Pirates 2 better.

Just watched "Breakfast on Pluto", interesting, at times tragic, other times funny.

I recommend it.

had the misfortune to watch superman returns a few days back .what an unbridled steaming mass of maggot infested shite it is!!! crap acting, crap effects, stooopid story and cheesy costumes. waste of time.

saw the red violin last night. it's a french directed movie following the tale of a masterpiece violin from italy to france to china to america. nice story with lots of little sub-stories and a decent ending to top it off.

Agreed, Whale Rider is good fare.

A nice insight into Maori culture too which has previously only been seen in a bad light by films like 'Once Were Warriors'.

Bought a superbit DVD the other day, three movies for the price of one, anyhow watched SE7EN and was taken back to days before mobile phones. What did we do without em?

Had lives.

I call mine my leash.

God help me when the wife finds out she can put a GPS locator in one.

I'll never get any piece, either literally or figuratively.
