Re: Movies - what you seen and was it any good?
Watched Deadline last night. Documentary about the death penalty and legal system in Illinois, and its one or two itsy-bitsy problems, like one or two cases of wrongful conviction of people. Weeeell, a few more than one or two innocents executed but nothing to worry about reaaally.
Well worth a watch.

Re: Movies - what you seen and was it any good?
What's on tonight at robi's I wonder?
A 4 hour documentary on puppy rapists?
Or maybe a ghoulish and glossy TV movie about the Virginia Tech massacre?

Anyway....
Actually I've got a doc about Kurt Cobain. All his interviews and that. About A Son it's called. Doesn't end too well I should imagine.

My favourite ever T-shirt had a picture of the miserable cunt on the front.
Above his picture it read: Kurt Cobain. Born 1967 - Blew his brains out 1994
Underneath it said...
Nevermind
haha!

That's a great shout Robi, I enjoyed it so much that I bought it. I've got quite a few documentaries in my collection and that is one of the best.

Come on lads have a bit of respect eh? There's a very real possibility that Courtney wasn't holding a mop when Kurt died.

I saw 'Before the devil knows you're dead' last night. Great opening scene with Seymour Hoffman. Hmmm... It had an 88% score over at Rotten Tomatoes but I felt it was a bit of a let down.
I'm going to give it an 8 because you get to see Marisa Tomei without any clothes on!

yea, but was it in English, or is this a Pattaya conspiracy to deny me the pleasure in watching this movie in English?
I'm actually not too fussed about this movie, but the list was short, the only English language movies (that I haven't seen yet) that are on at the moment are "Horton" and "Forbidden kingdom" of which the last one isn't in English, so back to the room it was and bitch about it on here

The Pursuit Of A Penis
This was exactly what I wanted it to be; the story of a common man triumphing against the odds while lugging a small child around.
But seriously, nice film. Will Smith is a good actor.
