I have. I watched the pilot a month or so ago. I'm now waiting for the rest to accumulate. That's how I roll.

Mad Men's attention to detail is outstanding. Everything appears to be authentic and of the time, even if it isn't. At the moment, Mad Men...Dexter and possibly Rubicon form the 'Holy Trinity' of must see TV. Later this month sees the release of 'Boardwalk Empire' - reckon that'll be a sweet deal also.
Knowledge will give you power, but character, respect.

Have started watching season 1. Have to say it is the best thing I have seen from American TV for some time.

I quite stupidly forgot to mention Sons of Anarchy - this of course makes up the 'Holy Quadrilogy?'

I'm just about to start on Series 2. The boxed set has been taunting me all week but I'm waiting until Friday night. Still, it's not cheating if I watch some of the bonus features tonight I suppose.

The Sopranos was created by David Chase, but a couple of the producers worked on the show, so they were learning from one of the best, yeh (even if they were already quite good in their own right).

Just finished season one. This was one of my favorite scenes. The ending to this episode was pretty depressing though
